The worst water dispenser - Farouk S. Beshai -
I bought this product from […]and this is a company in Florida. Seven months later the hot water tank stopped providing hot water and the trouble started. I called Vertex water products [the maker of this product] and they told me that they would not deal with the general puplic and that I have to contact the seller - I did contact the seller who told me that my product still under warranty and that they will order the part for me however, I have to install it myself - oh boy; my friends, if you are no technitian, do not try this at home. I would not recommend neither this product nor the seller nor the maker to anyone. This is one of the worst products I have ever bought for home use from a seller who does not provide full support and a maker who produses bad product and does not provide service for it. People, just stay away from this product, its maker and its sellers. br /... My delama with Vertex still ongoing; so far I've replace the hot water tank 3 times and the third one have already failed, again, this was after they talk me into buying their electronic water conditioning system after they have claimed that my water was hard and that was the reason for the failure of the hot water tank - of course that was "BS" because the hot water tank failed again after the installation of the electronic water conditioning system - I am still being tossed back and forth between the seller and maker and the Lord only knows how this delama will end! br /My personal opinion / recommendation: I would not buy this product or any other product from Vertex; since they are giving me the run arround and their customer service is simply poor.
